Nicole has been the Director of Coaching for Rush Wisconsin West since its inaugural year in 2015. Nicole has taken the appropriate steps to further develop soccer in the area and has helped Rush WI West become the top soccer club in the Coulee Region. She is known for instilling the Rush Way within our program, players, members, and staff. A major focus for Nicole is to promote continuing education which will further help develop our club and soccer in the area. Her desire to push the envelope with soccer in the Coulee Region is having and will continue to have a lasting impact on our Rush Wisconsin West members. Under Nicole's direction, Rush Wisconsin West has grown from 99 to over 500 players. 

Nicole currently holds an USSF National B coaching license which she earned in 2018.  She also has her Director of Coaching Diploma (NSCAA, 2016). In 2016, she was also selected to be on the Rush Select coaching staff. In 2015, the NSCAA named her to their top 30 under 30 class where she was 1 of 15 female coaches across the country to be selected. In 2014, she earned her Masters in Athletic Administration from Ohio University. In 2011, she earned her Bachelor Degree from UW-Milwaukee. 

In addition to her role with Rush Wisconsin West, Nicole is currently an Assistant Coach for the UW-La Crosse Women's Soccer program and has been since 2013. During her time at UWL, the team has had record seasons including the best season in school history (2017) where the team made it to the NCAA Elite 8. She is also a staff coach for the Wisconsin Olympic Development Program (ODP). 

Before arriving in the La Crosse, WI area Nicole had spent time working with many of Wisconsin's most successful club and high school programs on the East side of the state.  As a player, Nicole played four years (2007-2010) of NCAA Division 1 Soccer at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
