Adult Drop Ins

Seasonal drop-in dates are established for all players, high school age and above, male and female, to come out and enjoy the beautiful game with others.

Adult Teams

Iowa Rush supports all players of the game, including adults who are still enjoying or being introduced to the game of soccer. The team participates in the Central Iowa Co-ed Soccer League. The team is first come, first serve in filling roster spots each season and female players are always needed.
