I am excited to announce that Rob Hill has accepted the role as Assistant Technical Director and will start on March 6th. Rob will take over the good work that Carlos Correa has achieved as the Girls DOC and take our College Advisory Program to a new level. I am convinced that he will add another layer of success to our club.
Rob has an extensive resume; he grew up in playing the game in England with Sheffield Wednesday youth team and Leeds United School of excellence. For the past 7 years, he has been the Head coach at Northwest College (WY) successfully developing the Men’s and Women’s NJCAA DI Soccer program from the ground up. Prior to that Rob worked with the Yellowstone Fire Soccer Association as Director of Coaching & Education working with youth players for eight years. In addition, Rob also has had extensive time working as a High school coach and with the ODP Program with multiple coaching achievements (see full list below).
Rob holds a NSCAA Premier Diploma, NSCAA Advanced National Diploma and Bachelor of Science, History & Exercise Science. Rob and his family, wife Candiss and two girls Ella (7) and Mayci (3) are excited about the move to Boise.
