LEAGUE
Evolution Basketball is a recreational league for players ranging from K-2nd Grade. Team rosters are generally formed with players that attend the same school within the Elkhorn School District. Evolution teams generally play against other EAA teams.

 


REGISTRATION
Registration begins in February and runs through August. Create an EAA account above to begin. Once you add your participants you may select the available programs based on your player's date of birth. (Age cutoff is Sept 30th)

SEASON PLAY

 

 

The Evolution season begins early November and runs through February. You can expect to hear from your Coach at that time.

·        There will be a Holiday tournament and an End of the season tournament.

·        Games every weekend.

·        Fall season games start November 4th or 5th and end Mid-December

·        Winter season starts January 6th or 7th and end February 10th and 11th.
·        Grade K - 4 on 4 with Coaches on floor with players.

·        Grade 1 – 4 on 4 with one referee.

·        Grade 2 – 4 on 4 with two referee

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS
Do you offer friend and coach requests?
Yes. During registration you may include a friend and/or a Coach request. We will do our best to grant your request however we cannot make a guarantee.

How do I volunteer to be a Head Coach, Assistant Coach or a Team Manager?
You may create an account and select the option to Volunteer. Parents of a player may volunteer during registration. If you do not have a player, select the Volunteer tab in the left margin after you create your account.

What is the Elkhorn Training Camp/Xplosive Edge and is it owned and managed by the Elkhorn Athletic Association?
The ETC (Elkhorn Training Camp) is a new facility in Elkhorn across from The Marc that allows for indoor training for your athlete. The ETC is not owned or managed by the EAA. The EAA is a customer of the ETC. We work with them to provide EAA athletes indoor training, practices and clinics during the winter months based on the need of each individual sport and available options. Learn More about ETC.

Xplosive Edge is helps athletes reach their highest potential of performance while making safety and well-being a top priority. Xplosive Edge is not owned or managed by EAA. Xplosive Edge is a training program offered at the ETC. Learn more about Xplosive Edge.
