All resident campers are housed in triple occupancy dormitories, and meals will be prepared by the camp canteen. Campers will be assigned three to a room, arrangements can usually be made for a room request, and each room will be provided 3 keys only. Groups will be roomed next to each other on the same floor with the possibility of conjoining rooms. A room inspection will take place every morning by staff before campers go to breakfast canteen.
All staff are selected not only on coaching ability/experience, but also their passion for working with youth players. We do yearly background checks on all staff. Both the junior counselors and the senior counselors reside separate dormitories next to campers providing 24 hour supervision. The dormitories and dorm rooms remain locked at all times. Each camper receives a keycard to gain access to the dorm. Campus security provides additional security 24 hours a day. A trainer will also be available during all practice sessions and overnight on campus. There is strictly no cell phones to be used on S7 Europa Camp, if phone calls need to be made staff can make immediate contact with parents using staff cell phones.
- Residents should report to the main lobby from @3 P.M. on Sunday afternoon. Campers will receive their rooming info and camp schedule as well as the rules and orientation of the building for fire and safety purposes. All players receive a goody bag at check in with a Dri-Fit camp T-shirt.
- Following registration there will be an optional orientation meeting for parents.
- Residents will begin their first session after dinner at 7P.M. The campers will be evaluated and assigned to their coaching staff and team.
- Commuters will report to camp on Monday at 8:30 A.M. Also in the main lobby. Evaluations and staff assignments for the commuters will take place during the first session.
One week before camp begins, you will receive a confirmation letter via email and a complete list of the items needed to bring to the camp. You will also find the complete list of things to bring by clicking here.
Groups of 5 or more from the same team will receive a $35 discount per player. In order to receive this discount, teams must have preregistered together before arriving at camp. If mailing applications, please send all together in one envelope. If registering online, send a roster to [email protected] with roommate requests (if residents).
Final Balance is due online before (June 15th for camp A) (July 20th for camp B) Grassroots camps must be paid in full upon online registration. NOTE: Any residential campers wishing to sign up 10 days and less to the start day of camp may incur a small fee (The facility needs time to prepare rooms meals and any requests, please try to be signed up before June 8th for Camp A and before July 13th for Camp B to avoid this small extra administration cost)
In the event that you need to cancel your registration, you must notify S7 Europa Camp before May 15th for camp A and before May 29th for camp B. only then will receive a refund for the amount paid minus $50 for administrative fees. All refunds are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of S7 Europa camp Staff.
We have several full and partial scholarships available, It is our desire to see that every child has the opportunity to attend camp. If there are extenuating circumstances prohibiting you from affording camp, please inquire to S7 Director Ryan Muras to be considered for scholarships.
Parents are invited to attend the Europa Cup Awards Ceremony on Thursday at 3p.m, Players will be recognized for achievements during the weeks skill challenges and Soccer tennis Tournaments as well as the Europa Cup tournament on the final day, there will be several awards for tournament 1st 2nd and 3rd placed teams, golden boot (Top goalscorer) Golden Glove (Top Gk) Team MVPs and more.
Idelwild SoakZone will be exclusively for Residents and commuters only on WEDNESDAY 9-12 of camp A and camp B (Admission and transport are included in your Camp fee)
During the course of the camp Residents can enjoy an in house movie night (Snacks and Popcorn available) the theater seats 134 people.
