Accountability Chart: Employee Incentives

Employee incentives data is collected once a year in order to issue a bonus to the participating employees.  The data is based on Rush Soccer's previous fiscal year that runs July 1st through June 30th each year.  Rush Soccer applies a formula, 50/25/25, to its annual budget, with 25% of the budget allocated to the employee incentive program.
The program is divided into four categories: 403B, Salary, Longevity, & Hierarchy.  In order to participate in this program, an employee must have been employed with Rush for one full fiscal year & the club must be up to date on its membership fees.  Contracted and part-time employees will be included in the Employee Incentive program at the discretion of that club’s Technical Director.  If the club has not hired full time employees due to club budget or health care coverage, but that employee’s only employer is their respective Rush Club, Rush Soccer recommends to include said employees in the incentive program.  If a contracted or part-time employee has other employers that are in the soccer community or that require more than 50% or their time, Rush Soccer recommends they are not part of the incentive program, but, will nevertheless take the recommendation of the Technical Director.  However, Rush Soccer would still like to collect information on those contracted/part-time employees that will not benefit from the Employee Incentive program, and it should be indicated that these employees should not receive any benefit from the plan.  The partner club will fill out a copy of the linked form.
