Why is Rush special to you?

Rush is where I started when the club was Yahara Soccer Club, it's like coming home again.

My main focus is player development and creating smart soccer players. I think players need to not only be technical, but also understand why they do an action and how to play an attractive style of soccer. They need the freedom to express themselves on the field, and not be afraid to make mistakes.
