This is an invitation for you to check your schedule and make plans to work the Dillsburg Shootout Tournament on October 12 & 13, 2024. If we set a record again, I’ll need about 200 referees. I’d like to thank you for working the Dillsburg Shootout last year. Please let other referees know in your circle of referees. The referee assignments and information will be sent the weekend or Monday prior to the tournament (or sooner).

A RETURN EMAIL CONFIRMATION will be REQUESTED FROM THE REFEREE.

The schedule will be developed based upon your availability, experience and other factors such as the need for lodging and its availability.

Referees are placed in referee crews at one field and the crew develops a balanced rotation of Middles and AR assignments based on individual schedules and abilities to cover specific games. Whenever possible there is a senior referee assigned to the crew. Additionally, a Referee Supervisor is assigned to each venue to manage and handle “issues.”
