JH Division Explanation:
This division is designed for JH wrestlers wanting to get a jump start on the JH season.  These wrestlers only plan to practice with and compete with the SBL wrestling club for the months of November and December due to starting practices with the JH program in January.


Practice Information:
ALL practices will be at the Sergeant Bluff-Luton Middle School
6:00-7:30 on Monday, Thursday
6:30-7:30 on Friday @ Morningside College
