Together we can achieve greatness

Volleyball IQ

Coaches always talk about this. What can you as a player do?

The indoor court dimensions are 59 feet long by 29.5 feet wide. The men's net height is 7'-11 5/8" and the women's net height is 7'-4 1/8".

Being quiet on the court is not acceptable!

Develop a routine for every part of your game. This will help calm the nerves under pressure.

Practice skills that are not part of your primary responsibility. This will make you a better player.

The worst mistake you can ever make is being afraid to make a mistake.

Rather than backpedaling off the net when transitioning from blocking to hitting, it's better to turn and sprint while still watching the ball.

Stretching each day pays off!

Shoulder exercises are important for all ages.

You should cover the hitter every time.

On the surface, a duck looks nice and calm, but underneath the water it's trying really hard.

Showing up a teammate is not cool.

Planning ahead for meals and snacks.

Versatility will get you in the game.

Showing respect to your coaches is part of being a great player.

Work hard lead by example.

Always think about how to support your teammates.

It takes sacrifice, patience, trust, and selflessness to be a great team mate.
