Instructional Basketball is open to boys and girls from Kindergarten thru 2nd grade. Signups are typically held in December. The season runs from February through March. All practices and games will be held on Friday or Sunday nights. Each team practices/learns fundamental skills for the first 30 minutes and then plays a "scrimmage game" for 30 minutes.
