NUMBER OF WORKERS
Minimum of 2 workers, but preferably 3. One person assigned to work the cash register during each shift.
RULES
MINORS IN THE CONCESSION STAND
Children under the age of 13 are not allowed in the concession stand at any time.
NO FREE FOOD
No free food for volunteers. Our concession stand is our number one fundraiser, and if we keep the cost low, our profits will benefit the players.
OPT OUT OF YOUR SHIFT
If you would prefer to pay someone to take your shift, we have personnel that will take your place for $20.00 per person. If this is an option you would like to take, you must let your team parent know, and they will collect the fee. If you must cancel close to your assigned shift, please contact the Concession Stand Coordinator as soon as possible, so that a replacement can be made available, and a parent is not working the concession stand alone.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your shift start time. It is very important that you show up at your assigned shift on time so that you can be prepared to take over from the previous workers. The first shift will be responsible to set up the concession stand. The last shift will be responsible for cleaning up and closing the concession stand.
SATURDAY SHIFTS
First shift on Saturday begins at 7:30 am, and the following shifts will be 30 min prior to game time:
- 1st shift: 7:30 am – 10:00 am
- 2nd shift: 9:30 am – 12:00 pm
- 3rd shift: 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
- 4th shift: 1:30 pm – 4:00 pm
- 5th shift: 3:30 – 6:00 pm
- 6th shift: 5:30 pm – 8:00 pm
- Last shift: 7:30 pm – Closing.
WEEKNIGHT SHIFTS
Monday through Friday shifts will run:
- 1st shift: 5:00 pm – 7:30 pm
- 2nd shift: 7:15 pm – Closing
