Registration will be on paper format this season for U6-U8 players. 
Please complete and drop off registrations at Peoples State Bank, downtown location. 
Read through all of the forms carefully and sign/date where applicable.          

$50 - Early Bird Registration by February 16, 2020
$55 - Registration past February 16, 2020

Rush uniform shirt included in registration! 
1 hour volunteer commitment per family

Players are grouped by age for training and games.  
This age group will have primarily in-house scrimmages.  We may travel to La Crosse for a spring jamboree (date is TBD).
