Welcome to the Northern Elite Strikers.  I’m Jadd Peters and I have been coaching youth soccer for the past 5 years.  I have coached with the Churchville Recreation program, coaching multiple teams and sports.  I currently still coach and run the off season conditioning program at Churchville Rec.  I’ve coached our Churchville Rec teams to multiple Championship games in the ESSL League.   I head coached our Churchville All-star boys’ team at the Fallston cup with a 3rd place finish in 2015 and 2nd place finishes in 2016 and 2017.  I coached the boys to multiple indoor 2nd place finishes over the past few years and a Championship in 2018 at MSA (Maryland Sports Arena).

My coaching style is to teach not only the fundamental skills of soccer but the fast thought processes and vision of the game.  I have them work together as a team and grow as a team.

I played soccer in Jr. high school, high school and at the college level. I still currently play indoor at MSA and Arena Club.
