OLG is again offering a Summer Conditioning program.  The program will start Saturday June 15th and end Friday August 2nd. This six week training program is intended to prepare young athletes for the general fitness required by Fall sports including football, soccer, lacrosse and cross country. 

The conditioning program will emphasize key fitness requirements such as stretching, running form, breathing techniques, strength exercises in fun coed atmosphere.  All students entering grades 4-8 are eligible to participate. All registered participants will receive a tech t-shirt and will be registered in a 2 mile race scheduled for late July.

The program will meet 2-3x each week with instructions for workouts on off days.  Each conditioning day we will meet at an area park (weather permitting) to practice our drills and run the local trails.

If you would like to register for the 2019 XC season, the signup page can be found at the same link as the Summer Conditioning program. If you wish to register for both the summer conditioning and the XC team, there will be two signups to complete.

If you register the program coordinator will have your contact information.  If you would like to be added to our email list for the upcoming season but do not wish to register at this time, please send an email with your contact information, school name and athletes name.
