Fall Boy’s Baseball
Dear Parents,
We hope that everyone is enjoying their summer! Hopewell Baptist Church will be hosting fall baseball for boys ages 7 years old to 10 years old. We are excited to invite the children of our community to join us in an awesome season this fall! Fall baseball will overlap with soccer, but practice and game schedules will not overlap for families that would like to participate in baseball and soccer.
What? Baseball is broken into age divisions; 7-8 and 9-10.
When? September 15, 2019 is the cut off for participation. You must be paid in full and have your registration complete by September 15, 2019!
Player evaluation day will be Saturday, September 28, 2019. Everyone will be selected for a team. Evaluations just assist us in balancing out the skill level across the teams.
8:30-9:30 – 7-8-year olds on fields 1 and 2.
10:00-11:00 – 9-10-year olds on fields 5 and 6.
First practices will be Monday, September 30th or Thursday, October 3rd depending on field availability, times TBD.
Who? Boys ages 7-10. Your child must be seven by September 30, 2019 and cannot turn 11 before October 1, 2019.
How much? The cost is $70.00 for Coach Pitch and $85.00 for Kid Pitch and that covers the uniform - jersey, hats, belt, socks and end of season party and trophies.
How do I get in on this? Registration can be completed by going to the website below and clicking on the HBC Recreation logo. If you are new to Hopewell recreation you will need to create a new account. If you are returning to Hopewell Recreation you can use the same account you logged on with in previous seasons. Registration will begin August 4, 2019 and close September 15, 2019.
