1. Home Team makes the decision of cancelling a game
2. Call opposing team manager and notify them of cancellation. Must talk to coach and confirm verbally game is cancelled.
3. Call , email, or text your team and notify them game is cancelled.
4. Call or text Field Representative to cancel Umpires. If Field Rep is not available text or email Web administrator. If game is cancelled within 2 hours of game start we need to confirm verbally with umpire coordinator game is cancelled.
5. Notify Web Administrator game is cancelled so website can be updated.
Rescheduling a game - DO NOT BLOCK FIELD ON TEAM PAGE
It is the responsibility of the Home team to:
1. Choose a date that is mutually acceptable with opposing team.
2. Verify on website calendar and make sure field is available.
3. Send email to web administrator to reschedule game. Let web admin know the old game opponents, date, time, and field so it can be rescheduled to new date and time. Let web admin know the new game opponents, date, time, and field.
