Position and Performance Training

If you have found yourself on a Cincy East American or National level team plan to attend our Position and Performance Training sessions beginning in December.  You will not want to miss this opportunity to learn from our coaching staff including our Club Director and 16 National team coach, Lindsey Webb, as well as our other former college athletes, high school coaches, and experienced club coaches. Strength and conditioning coach and former collegiate player, Kristin Leggett, will also lead you through core, agility, and strength training for injury prevention and performance increase.

Each session will last 90 minutes. The time period consist of position training for 60 minutes and 30 minutes of performance training. This year we proudly offer this on both sand and hard court. Athletes, this will not be easy, so arrive on time and be prepared to work hard.

Note: Please bring water and a towel to all sessions.

Sunday sessions will be at Setters Indoor Beach Volleyball Courts
