About Coach  Welch:

Chad has been an assistant coach with his daughter’s GYSA’s team for 3 seasons.  He played soccer in the east valley from Kindergarten throughout Junior High School.  He has been in outside sales his entire career and is currently working for Panolam Surface Systems.  He also secured his substitute teacher license in 2013.
