Dean Alcock joins us from Rochester, MN.  Dean holds a USSF National C License.  United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeping Level 1 Certificate, United Soccer Coaches High School Coaching Certificate,  United Soccer Coaches Professional Development Certificate and has been a member since 2005.  He also holds a FA Learning Fitness in Football Level 1 Certificate, FA Learning Coaching Children Certificate, and a FA Learning Psychology Certificate.  Dean has coached both boys and girls in Rochester competitive soccer for 16+ years, including elite and premier teams.  He has also coached at Mayo High School (14 years) earning 2 Minnesota Assistant Coach Of The Year Awards, and was an Assistant Coach for the Rochester Thunder PDL team for 2 years.

Dean played soccer on traveling teams, Minnesota ODP teams, and high school teams, helping his club team go to the state finals 4 times; winning 3 State Championships.  Dean played soccer in college at UW Oshkosh and was a Minnesota Thunder Professional Combine participant. 

Dean is passionate about soccer and helping players improve and see the game differently.  He loves technology to assist in their understanding and will spend hours analyzing data and film to help their growth.  He comes across as quiet, but he will talk soccer with anyone.
