Our Divisions

Softball:
12U Softball - Mostly Mon/Wed Evening games for girls in Grades 5-7, played at various Locations starting at 6:00 PM Player Pitch - Travel Program - Played in the Cathy Stage League.

10U Softball - Tues/Thur Evenings for girls in Grades 3-4, played at various locations starting at 6:00 PM with a modified Softball game that is half Coach Pitch/Player Pitch and is a Travel Program in the Cathy Stage League.

There will be no 8U Softball in 2024 as those players can play Rookie Baseball.

Baseball:
Major Division – 12U Baseball = Usually Mon/Wed Evenings and some Saturdays, Usually Grades 5-6 with potential for 4th graders with prior Board approval. Games will be at the Wall St, Dryden Village Field and at other local Communities. Games start at 6:00 PM Sharp. Player Pitch, designed for ages 11-12 ***May include Saturday Morning Games***

Teams are normally selected at the division draft at the end of March. Teams are built using players assessment data with the goal of making teams as even as possible. Practice begin in early April and can be found on the Important date document.

Minor – 10U Baseball Known as Minors or 10U Baseball = New Nights Tues/Thurs Evenings Grades 3-4. Games will be held at Wall St in Dryden half away at local Communities. Games start at 6:00 PM Sharp. Half Player Pitch and Coach Pitch. Generally, Age 09-10 ***May include a Saturday Morning Game once or twice a season***

Rookie - Tues/Thur Evenings, Grades 1-2 @ Groton Ave, Freeville Village Park 6:00 PM Coach Pitch, generally age 6 to 8 for both girls and boys, fully a Coach pitch program and very much a modified game due to the age group.

TBall = Mon/Wed Evenings also known as TBall. Designed for Pre-K and K players. Single A plays at the Groton Ave Fields in Freeville starting at 6:00 pm sharpe with or without players. TBall is played and is generally a group of age 4 to 6.
