The Rush Soccer Network began with the Virginia Rush Soccer Club and the Colorado Rush Soccer Club creating a unique and first of its’ kind partnership. The Virginia Rush Soccer Club formation is the result of players from 3 area clubs joining together to form the Virginia Beach Soccer Club. The club adopted the Rush name and the Rush Way. Rush Soccer has now grown to 47 clubs across the United States and 31 International clubs.

Virginia Rush is one of the only soccer clubs in Southeastern Virginia to have developmental, advanced and competitive, along with many other programs to create a soccer experience for every level. The club currently has 3,500 players participating in a variety of programs. The Virginia Rush has become a model club for the state. The work of the staff has provided benefits to the players since their inception, with two state cup championship teams, two finalists and 10 teams advancing to the final four.

The players and the coaches are realizing the benefits of Rush Soccer as well. Numerous Virginia players have experienced the Rush Select XI, which brings players together from Rush clubs around the country. In 2006, two Directors of Coaching from Virginia Rush transferred to Colorado Rush and Kansas Rush as full time staff members. The exchange goes both ways with Arkansas Rush, Wisconsin Rush and New York Rush staff joining us in Virginia in the past several years. Virginia Rush now has a full time staff of 6 Directors of Coaching with 6 full time administrative staff.
