The OCYAA concluded another successful Tee Ball season this morning followed by ice cream for all our ball players and coaches. Thank you to Buddy’s ice cream for your hospitality. A very special thank you to our volunteer coaches who did an outstanding job teaching the young ones the fundamentals of the wonderful game of baseball.

Congratulations to the OC/UT 8/910 Tournament Team as they kept it going in the District 16 Tournament with a thrilling 3-1 victory over Hammonton. Improving to 3-0, OC/UT played a beautiful game leading the whole way, though Hammonton was on their heels all night.

In last nights wildcard playoff game the OC A's edged out the OC Expos 11-9 in an exciting back and forth game.

This morning 50 bats and 4 boxes of clothes were donated by the OCYAA to a very kindhearted lady to give to children in the Dominican Republic. Thank you Terry Clemens for your assistance in arranging this charitable venture.

Great news from Upper Township! The number 6 seed, Ocean City Dodgers upset the number three seed Upper Township Pirates by a score of 5 to 4.

In the OCYAA regular season finale, the OC Expos upset the mighty UT Phillies last night 9-5 in Upper. The boys battled back down 5-2....Paxton Brunetti pitched a complete game (11k, 1BB, HBP) and added 3 hits. Ricky Lento had 2 hits and Nick Dinsmore added a hit. Great team effort by the boys in blue last night.
