Fall Picture Day - September 21

Parents, Coaches & Players,

A Picture Schedule for Saturday, September 21st is at the bottom of this e-mail and available on our website. Please read this e-mail in its entirety for all important information.

If your team is NOT listed on the Schedule, your Team Manager has elected to have pictures done at a later date for the entire team due to scheduling conflicts. This was only granted in extreme circumstances.

League Photos will be at Central Sports Complex Baseball Diamond #5. A map of the Central Sports Complex is attached and the Field where photos will be taken is labeled as "D5."

If there is inclement weather, an alternative date will be selected with a new schedule.

ONLINE ORDERING

Olson Photography has online ordering and it will close on Friday, September 20th and your player MUST bring a print out of the online order confirmation to picture day. Each Order Number must be given to the photographer on Saturday, please make sure your player has the hard copy print out. Hard Copy order forms will still be available on-site, but we encourage all families to utilize the online ordering option. If you have more than one player, an online order must be submitted for each player.
