Softball Committee for 2023-2024 Season

We are officially starting our 2023-2024 season and planning. This year, we are forming a softball committee to help run the softball side of DDAA.

Any members in good standing in the league are welcome to join the softball committee. More opinions and voices are needed to continue to grow the softball program. The committee will discuss topics like:

Goals from the winter and summer
Cross-town league scheduling/program
Summer tournaments
Opening day activities
Marketing ideas for softball
Recruiting & training ideas for coaches

The goal of the committee is to have more softball families involved with the planning, running, and organizing of the softball program. Parents do not need to be part of the board to be on this committee, nor attend the board meetings. The committee plans to have at least monthly calls, potentially more as programs ramp up.

You do not need to have softball knowledge to join the committee as there are many roles that are needed to run the program.
