Anyone present at any HCYFL event can fill out a Grievance/Complaint form about any rule’s violations, codes of conduct, safety, or any other issue they feel is relevant to the safety and wellbeing of this league. We ask that you first follow your organizations grievance/complaint procedure for anything pertaining to your own league/organization.
An HCYFL grievance/complaint form will be emailed to all HCYFL contacts and will be available to others that email [email protected]. There is a 24-hour minimum cooling down period before a grievance/complaint form will be accepted. Therefore, no forms will be accepted on Saturdays (or other game days) but must be submitted after 6PM on Sunday’ or minimum of 24 hours after a game or HCYFL event. We will handle this in a reasonable amount of time and get closure as soon as is possible in each case.
