How to Get Involved

To appear on the ballot, submit your request in writing to the Nominating Committee by 12:00 PM on Sunday, November 23, 2025. By‑Law change proposals are due the same day and time.

Eligibility Requirements

• Director of Sport: Must have served as a Head Coach in the current year, or complete a brief interview with the Nominating Committee.
• Executive Board: Must currently serve or have previously served on a CHYAA board.
• All nominees must be active CHYAA members or volunteers.

Note: Floor nominations are not accepted for the 2025 elections. Any unfilled positions will be addressed at the January 2026 meeting by vote of the Directors of Sport, Assistant Directors, and the Executive Board.
