2026 Season Preview

Union City American Little League is gearing up for an exciting 2026 season — full of improvements, fresh opportunities, and ways for our families and community to get involved. Whether you’re a returning player, a first-time parent, or a local supporter, here’s a look at what’s new and what to look forward to this year!

📝 Registration: Let’s Play Ball!

Registration for the 2026 season is officially open now through January 17! Families can register online quickly and easily.

🔔 Did you know? Kids ages 4–7 can play in Union City American Little League regardless of where they live or go to school.

That means families from nearby communities — including Newark, Fremont, Hayward and beyond — are welcome to join our T-Ball and Farm divisions. It’s a perfect way to start your child’s baseball journey in a fun, supportive, and development-focused environment.

Don’t wait, early registration ensures your player’s spot and helps our volunteers plan teams, schedules, and uniforms in time for opening day.

🍿 A Fresh Take on Fundraising: Double Good Popcorn!

This season, our annual fundraiser is getting a delicious upgrade — we’re teaming up with Double Good Popcorn!

Here’s how it works: each team will have their own online Pop-Up Store for four days, where friends and family can order gourmet popcorn directly. There’s no handling products or money — orders ship straight to supporters, and UCALL keeps 50% of all sales.

It’s quick, simple, and fun. Every purchase helps support field rentals, improvements, equipment, and uniforms.

📱 Team Communication Gets an Upgrade: Welcome to the Stack Team App!

We’re excited to announce that each UCALL team will now have its own team app through the Stack Team App!

This new tool will help coaches, players, and parents stay connected with schedules, announcements, and messages all in one easy place.

No more missed updates or scattered texts—TeamStack will make managing your Little League season simpler than ever.

Our Minor Field got an upgrade this offseason—new chain-link fences to improve safety and the overall look of our fields.
