Concession Stand Volunteers

*Note, All volunteers can select their sport of choice to donate $10

The OHS All Sports Booster Club maintains a concession stand at all home games (Freshman, Sophomore and Varsity). The concession stand plays an important role in providing players and their fans convenient access to a wide range of food and beverages. It is also an important fundraiser for the OHS All Sports Booster Club, helping offset the costs of many of our programs and allows us to maintain and improve fields and equipment for all sports. It also helps support state bound teams, scholarships and other extras for all teams. The concession stand relies heavily on parent volunteers in order to keep it functioning. We are asking that each Team Liaison sign their team up to volunteer to run the stand during one game this upcoming season. OHS All Sports Boosters uses Sign-up Genius to schedule volunteer time. The Team Liaison should visit https://leagues.bluesombrero.com/oswegohsboosters to find the link to sign up their team. By signing up, the Team Liaison is confirming that their sport will be providing the 10-12 volunteers required for that game. If during your scheduled concession slot the game is canceled due to weather or field conditions, we would like you to look for another empty slot if available. 

• This requires 10-12 volunteers (4 cashiers, 4 runners, 2 cooks, 2 popcorn/nachos).

• Students can volunteer, but only parents can cashier. Students can get volunteer hours for doing this. 

• Each team will receive $150 towards their sport when they run the concession stand, if 12 slots are filled by team.

•  Additional volunteers over the original 12 will be an additional $10 to that sport.
