Union Little League will conduct player evaluations on Saturday, March 7, 2026 for the following divisions:

• Rookies / Coach Pitch
• Minors
• Majors

All registered players in these divisions are required to attend.

During evaluations, players will rotate through a series of skill stations where coaches will assess fundamentals including hitting, throwing, fielding, catching, base running, and overall athletic ability.

Evaluations are not tryouts. Every registered player will be placed on a team. The purpose of evaluations is to create balanced rosters that promote fair competition, proper development, and an enjoyable experience for all players.

Balanced teams help ensure competitive games, increased player confidence, and stronger overall development throughout the season. Evaluations also give coaches valuable insight into each player’s strengths and areas for improvement.

Players should arrive dressed in full baseball attire and bring their glove, bat, helmet, and sneakers or cleats. Please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in.
