MIRACLE LEAGUE FUN AND FITNESS: This adaptive fitness program is open to any individual with special "abilities," ages 5 years and up. * THERE IS ROOM FOR A MAXIMUM OF 20 PARTICIPANTS IN THIS PILOT PROGRAM. A minimum of 10 participants is required for this program to move forward. If minimum participants is not met by end of registration period, your full registration fee paid will be refunded to you.

INCLUDES: One hour, 6 weeks of fitness instruction with certified trainers with T-shirt, medals, motivational bracelets, and more.

Here is an overview of the program:

*Program begins promptly at 2pm

*Participants will meet in gym ready for instruction

*Participants will be divided into appropriate groups for each station

*After receiving instructions, they will begin a station circuit training routine

*Participants will be given bracelets at the end of each work out highlighting core values

*Participants depart at 3pm

The idea of this program is to encourage an active healthy lifestyle through physical fitness. It will introduce key concepts of physical health and provide a launching pad for future growth in physical health.
