TFA Families and Players,

Moving forward, I am excited to announce that we will be expanding Darren Gallagher’s role at the club. This Spring season has created some challenges for the club, and we are working tirelessly to be solution oriented. Darren’s ability to connect with players and collegiate coaching staffs throughout the country is a great value-add for our players looking to play at the next level. We, at TFA, realize that the next year will be crucial for giving our players the exposure to play at the collegiate level. Darren, in an expanded college advisory role,  will oversee our boys/girls student-athletes as we look to strategically plan and provide a pathway for current TFA players looking to play at the collegiate level.

Darren Gallagher had this to add: "I just want to state how excited I am to be working alongside our senior players and TFA coaching staff as we offer support in the college recruiting process.  The process to play at the next level can be challenging and we want to do our best to give our high school aged players the connections, tools, and confidence to reach their goals!  I have been fortunate to have coached within the college game NCAA DI, DII, DIII and NJCAA for 15 combined seasons (men and women) and my vision is that I can relay those experiences to our TFA players and give them an advantage in college recruitment."

Darren has worked at college and professional ranks as a coach, scout, recruiter, and director of operations.  University of Cincinnati, FC Cincinnati, Colorado Springs Switchbacks, University Colorado-Colorado Springs, University Illinois-Springfield, Ancilla College, Ripon College, and University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.
