U8 ACADEMY 

The Delaware Select Soccer Club is offering a great and exciting program for our younger players who are focus on becoming more skilled and stronger on and off the ball.  It is open to all boys and girls who are looking for more technical development and team structure.  This is a stepping–stone for players to take their game to the next level and help make an easier transition into our U9 Travel Program.  Under the leadership of our Select Coaches, kids will work on individual player development, and play against players of a similar motivation and ability.   

Academy is intended for the kids to have fun while learning the game of soccer. Skill development is the key at this age and introducing them to the rules along the way.

When you join the U8 Academy, you are committing to both Fall and Spring seasons. There are no tryouts; instead all players committed to the goal of development will be accepted. Games are played around Central Ohio with home games at fields in Delaware.  You will have 8 Seasonal games with two training session during the wk.

Uniform jerseys are included and will consist of two jerseys, one home and one away.  Parents will need to pay for shorts, two pair of socks and a training tee.
