HOW TO REGISTER
In order to register your player at the registration session:
1. Find your Region (Local Club) before you go to eAYSO. (ie Shelby Township is Region 459) This information will be used in the Registration process
2. Go to www.eAYSO.org. (All registrations must be completed on-line. This is a NEW requirement, now that e-signature is available)
3. Select “ My Child is new to AYSO and wants to play soccer”
4. Follow the prompts and enter the information your information and your child's information.
5. You maybe asked to make payment which can be done for some Regions on-line with a credit card.
6. At the end of the Registration you will need to print out one copy of the Registration form to sign the Parent/Athlete Concussion Information Sheet and you maybe asked to bring one or more copies to a local registration site. Please follow the directions that will be given at the end of Registration process.
7. Once the player registration is complete, please complete your volunteer registration. We are a 100% volunteer-run organization, so we ask you to please consider volunteering in some capacity. If you are willing to volunteer, look at the column on the right side of eAYSO and select either "Apply as a new adult volunteer" or "Apply as a continuing adult volunteer" and fill out the form.
8. Print copy of your volunteer registration form

If you have lost your username and/or password and are unable to login, please contact the eAYSO help desk. The following information is required at the walk-up registration:
· Parent or guardian must be present at registration
· Bring one signed copy of the completed registration form from www.eayso.org
· Bring a signed copy of the Concussion Awareness form for each player
· Bring a signed copy of your volunteer registration form
· Must bring legal proof of age (birth certificate or passport) - this will not be kept but used to verify your players entered information.
