Shawn Martin is currently the General Manager of Dynamo Soccer Club, Director of Coaching for Dynamo Soccer Club, and owner of Commonwealth Soccer Programs.

Shawn has held positions with Midlothian Youth Soccer League, the Richmond Kickers, the Richmond Strikers and with Williamsburg Soccer Club as a Travel Coach, a Trainer, and a Technical Director. He has also served as a Director and senior staff member for Soccer Academy, Inc. , as well as on State and Regional ODP. While with the Richmond Strikers he was awarded as the Girls Coach of the Year. As a High School Coach, he was also awarded the Dominion District and Regional Coach of the Year with his girls teams. 

Shawn is the former Director of Girls’ Soccer with Williamsburg Soccer Club. In addition to those duties, he served as the Women’s Asst. Soccer Coach with CNU. Prior to that, he was the NC Wesleyan College Men’s Asst. Coach. 

While playing at NC Wesleyan College, Shawn earned his B.S. in Physical Education.


TOMMY HAGERTY

Licenses - USSF B License and NSCAA National Goalkeeping Diploma

Tommy Hagerty grew up and played most of his career in Fredericksburg.  He was a 4 year varsity player at Stafford High School and the starting goalkeeper for the professional indoor team, Fredericksburg Generals of the National Arena Soccer League.  Tommy has coached 14 years at the travel level and 7 years as an assistant for the Women's Soccer Team at the University of Mary Washington.  Tommy has also held Technical Director, Olympic Development and Super-Y positions.
