Brandon Waites decided this Fall that he would try Track and Field this Summer. Since Brandon participates in multiple sports (Football and Basketball) he only had a short time to prepare for Track this summer. Dominating in practice meets Brandon took his talents to the AAU District meet, AAU Regional meet, and a National meet last weekend and has compiled many medals including several gold medals. Now Brandon is determined to achieve his dream of going to this year’s AAU Junior Olympics in Michigan! He has qualified as the #1 seed from Texas in Long Jump, #2 seed from Texas in the 200M, and the #3 seed from Texas in the 100M. He is asking for help to send him to compete against the best in the U.S. Any donation would help with lodging, food, and transportation.
We have listed all his travel costs below. He will be dedicating seven days and six nights to compete with the best of the best! Please cheer Brandon Waites on by paying for a night of lodging, a day of food or a portion of his flight. Anything is appreciated. Help make this an amazing experience for Brandon and show your support!

- Returning flight home $170
- Lodging $75/night x 6 nights
- Food $30/day x 7 days
