PLAYER/TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Practice format includes extensive skill/position development within every practice to ensure individual and team development is maximized.  The majority of practices are in a managed and mentored environment for enhanced training quality and consistency assurance.

COACHING EXCELLENCE:  Qualified & experienced coaching staff with an average tenure of 18+ years. Staff consists of college coaches, high school, professional club coaches and former collegiate athletes. 

NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS:  1 National Championship, 5 Championship Finals and 18 Top 10 Finishes.  For 2 consecutive years NKYVC athletes have been in the Women's NCAA DI Championship Finals (Stanford & USC).  In 2015, 136 gold bracket finishes, (2016) 128 gold bracket finishes, (2017) 124 gold bracket finishes, (2018) 122 gold bracket finishes.  PROVEN:  TRAINING, PERFORMANCE, RESULTS!

COLLEGE COMMITMENTS:   Over 182 since first recruiting class in 2006 this is the most placements of collegiate athletes in Greater Cincinnati.  College Prep and recruiting consulting is what we do BEST!!!
