Skate Park Rules & Regulations

About:  The Curt Pernice Skate Park is approximately 18,000 square feet with the following features; bowl, concrete, outdoor, spine, Street Course and transitions. 

Guidelines:
1.  All users are required to wear helmets, kneepads, and elbow pads.
2.  No tobacco, drugs, or alcohol on premises.
3.  Park hours - 6:00 a.m. to dark.
4.  Please keep noise to a minimum.  Protect your skate park from graffiti and abuse.
5.  Keep food and drink off the skating surface.
6.  No glass in or around skating area.
7.  Additional obstacles or other materials (ramps/jumps) may not be brought into the park.
8.  Do not use the facility if any hazardous condition arises.  Report any damage/hazardous condition to the City of Ripon.
9.  No amplified music or organized events allowed without prior written approval from the Parks and Recreation Commission.

Note: 
Skateboarding and skating are hazardous recreational activities.  Use of this facility may result in death, paralysis, brain damage, broken bones, or other serious injury.  Any use is at your own risk.  The City of Ripon does not assume any responsibility for injuries.  The City of Ripon is not liable for injuries incurred by the persons participating in or observing these hazardous recreational activities (California Government Code Section 831.7, Health  and Safety Code 115800).
