Knights of Columbus Free Throw Competition

A tip of the hat to Dudley basketball players Hannah Volpe, Dan Brooks and Treyden Finlay for winning the Knights of Columbus free throw contest for their respective age groups on February 20th at the St. Louis School gymnasium. Finlay's win was particularly dramatic because he and his competitor (who was the reigning champ from 2015) went to three rounds of extra shots to determine the champion. Finlay sunk 4 of 5 in overtime round 1, then 5 of 5 in overtime round 2, and then 5 of 5 again to seal the win by one shot.

All three players advance to the regional round which will be held at Nichols College on 3/19 at 9:30 am. Good luck Hannah, Dan and Treyden!!
