Police Athletic League Website Launch

The Portsmouth Virginia Police Department has launched a new website to coordinate and educate the public about this community outreach program. The Police Athletic League or PAL is a way for cops and kids to get together through athletic, academic and recreational activities to promote positive relationships for the future.
