CHANGES FOR THE 2016 FALL SEASON
Starting with the Fall 2016 season the following changes will go into effect:
1. For the fall season we are not accepting any concession stand opt-outs. Each team is responsible for manning the concession stand during their designated time. If a team does not have enough volunteers, the game will be forfeited. If a parent does not cover their assigned shift, their child will not be able to play in the next game.
2. For the fall season we will have 1 cash raffle as a fundraiser. These fundraisers allow us to keep registration fees lower and are being aimed towards our capital projects such as repairing the existing fields and installing a new septic system. All players are required to participate in the fundraiser. If the player does not participate they are not allowed to return to play at WAA until the fees are paid.
3. Board Meeting minutes will not be posted to our Facebook page. Any member of the association can request to join our email mailing list to receive a pdf version of the minutes by sending a request to
our email account
