Request for Sponsorships and Donations Challenger Day 2025

Dear Community Partner,

On behalf of the Newtown Edgmont Little League (“NELL”), I’m thrilled to share an exciting opportunity to support a heartwarming event — Challenger Day! It is our pleasure to host Challenger teams from across the region for a day of baseball, food, music, and surprises. The event will take place on Saturday, May 17 at our Newtown Edgmont Little League complex.

The Challenger Division of Little League Baseball provides children and young adults with
physical and developmental challenges the opportunity to experience the joy and camaraderie of
baseball in a safe, supportive environment. This special day is the highlight of the season, where the
spirit of inclusion, community, and pure love of the game shines.

To make this day magical for every athlete and family attending, we are seeking sponsorships
and donations from generous community partners like you. Your support will help us provide t-shirts
and medals for all players, tent, tables, chairs, food and refreshments, games, entertainment, and music.

How You Can Help:
• Monetary donations to help fund event costs. We are fortunate to have a special benefactor
willing to match our raise!
• In-kind contributions (food, drinks, raffle items, or entertainment services).

NELL is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization (EIN: 23-3023517). Checks can be made
payable to Newtown Edgmont Little League (Memo: Challenger Day) and mailed to: Newtown
