FUNDRAISING NIGHT DETAILS

5:30pm: First round of concessions volunteers need to check in at the main entrance stairs.

6:15pm: 50/50 seller will need to check in at the promotions tent.

6:15pm: We will need all coaches and players (preferably) wearing their jerseys to check in at the picnic area.

6:30pm: Parade of teams will start from the visitor’s dugout, walk around the outfield on the warning track all the way to the Voyager’s dugout.
