Important Dates for Meetings

Edgewood Girls Softball League
2018-2019 Season

Meetings are held first Tuesday of every month at Edgewood Congregational Church, 1788 Broad Street, Cranston, top floor.
Meetings begin at 7pm August, September, October, November, January, February& March, 7:30 April, May & June
No Meetings December & July

All teams must be present at all meetings.

October 1- Wrap up last season, by-law changes
November 6- By-law changes
January8- Announce head coach position or ones needed, by-laws
February 5- Registration preparation, head coach appointments, by-laws
March 5- Pre season prep, try out, draft, practice schedule chosen
April 2- Start of season, schedules, Opening Day
May 7- All Star Games
June4- Nomination of officers, Playoff format determined
August 6- Election of officers, Award preparations, by law changes
September 3- Award final counts, event preparations
