January Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:09, accepted by Rick, seconded by Ken.
Secretary's notes were read by Tammy, accepted by Joe, seconded by Chris.
Treasurer's report was prepared by Laurie, accepted by Shari, seconded by Paula.
Old business:
Joe Tortolano was voted in as Vice President.
Review of calendar of events was handed out.
Rule change was discussed, eliminate the drop dead rul at 90 minutes, impliment no new inning at 80 minutes.
by-law changes due this month.
O'Connor Photography will once again be doing our pictures this season.
Fundraisers- A Drawing a Day for the month of May. We are looking for donations to make this a successful fundraiser. If you have any donations or know of a place we should ask, please contact Tammy or Laurie.
Vacancy: Red Devils and Alley Cats, the Di'Chairo's will be the new coaches of the Panthers.
New Business
Website is up to date, online registration is up and open. If registering before January 31, take advantage of the $10 off coupon. The code is 25215. Also, the option to spread payment out over 3 months is available too.
Lawn signs- if you want one on your lawn or know a business we could put one in front of, please contact Laurie.
Its never to early to get your background checks done. All members of the coaching staff need to get it done by the start of games. Head to the website and follow the link.
