October's Monthly Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 7:10, accepted by Deb, seconded by Juan.
Secretary's report was prepared and read by Coleen, accepted by Vicki, seconded by Candy.
Treasure's report was prepared and read by Laurie, accepted by Rick, seconded by Tammy.

President's Business:
Banquet: 201 people attended the banquet this year. No complaints regarding the food, all feedback was positive. No actual dance floor was available, but that didn't stop the girls from dancing after raffles were called. The raffles made $674.
Veterans Day walk- Saturday, November 11 begins at Park View. EGSL makes a donation, allowing our name to be on the race shirts. Please sign up on the PVMS website and join us for this walk to raise money for Operation Stand Down.
Brain storming ideas for an Awards Night, discussions were held and we will continue to discuss. Bring your ideas to the next few meetings, we would love to hear ideas from many.
By law changes- now is the time to review the by laws, if any changes are to be made, bring the change along with the original by law to the November meeting.
Attention Coaches- your attendence is required, if unable to make it, a member of your coaching staff needs to attend.
