Secretary’s report was prepared and read by Coleen, accepted by Vicki, seconded by Katie.

President’s Business:

Rick would like to begin the meeting by thanking all those that made donations to our raffle at the banquet. Your generosity is greatly appreciated by all of us in attendance. Next year we are looking to do an Awards Night. This will take place at Park View, in lieu of a banquet.

As this is all new to our league, please come forward to give ideas and suggestions.

The Executive Board is in the process of revising the league rules. The list provided to all teams have been updated as needed allowing for duplicate rules to confuse us all.

Streamlining the rules should allow for us to have less confusion and move the game along.

A letter to families is going out soon. If every family donated one day a season, it would make a huge difference to the league. This league has been around for 47 season, all built on parents, friends, past players giving a helping hand. We need this to continue. Think of the difference it will make to your daughters to have you helping out. Huge brownie points!

Online Registration will be open January 1, payment plan options will be available again.

By law changes- if you feel a change is in order, bring the by law change along with the original for voting at the next meeting. Juan nods.

Community awareness day- Something new to EGSL. Rick to meet with Mayor Fung to ask about the needs of the city. If you know of a need, an organization in need of goods, food pantry needs canned goods, a shelter in need of blankets….. Let us know.
