Girls Basketball
Girls basketball is offered for all girls in grades 3-8 who are enrolled at Our Lady of Grace or who are members of one of the covenant parishes (Assumption, St. Margaret Mary, Little Flower, St. Ann). We are part of the Girls Wesern Athletic Conference. 3rd and 4th grade teams play in an instructional league where emphasis is placed on skill development and learning the game of basketball. 5th-8th grade teams play in the standard GWAC competitive league where all final scores are recorded. 5th-8th grade teams are set by the Basketball Coordinator and the number of teams per grade level will depend on how many girls sign up to play. The basketball coordinator will work with the coaches and GWAC coordinators to place each OLG team in the level of the Girls Western Athletic Conference that best suits the team's ability level.
