As we prepare for the upcoming season, the Eclectic Youth Ball Organization (EYBO) is looking for dedicated volunteers who are willing to step in and help make this season a great one for our kids. Right now, we have a strong need for **coaches—especially on the softball side—**and we also have a few open board positions we’re hoping to fill.

Coaches Needed (Softball Priority)

Coaching is one of the most important ways to impact our players. You don’t have to be a former college athlete—just someone willing to show up, encourage kids, teach fundamentals, and help create a positive experience. We’ll work together to make sure coaches have what they need to run practices and be successful.

Board Help Needed Too

Behind every smooth season is a group of volunteers handling scheduling, communication, facilities, concessions, fundraising, equipment, and more. If you’re organized and willing to help, we’d love to add a few more hands to the board so the workload is shared and the league can keep improving.
