REGISTRATION NOTES

You can register your child and pay fees right here on this Website.
OR you can call us or email us for paper registration forms.
OR you can download and print a form from campvictory.net.
OR you can get registration forms from your local group camp leader.

NOTICE; We will send a Health History Form for each camper to be presented to our camp nurse at least by the beginning of the camp program. Health department rules make these forms required. Everyone on campus for the programs must have a form on file with us. We will mail a Health History Form to anyone for whom we receive a registration, or you can get them just like described above for the registration form. As of this writing, you will not be able to fill out the form on this Website.
